We completely stripped the seat cushions down to their bare framework and started all over by repairing them where necessary. We then used new cotton, foam and webbing. Before the new cushions went in I painted the entire interior, including the seat frame.

 

Since blue was not an original color for the interior, we made new door panels and kick panels using blue vinyl, 1/4" thick foam and thin plywood.

 

Everything in the cab was detailed the appropriate color. Seen here is the original Mopar "Truck Master" Heater.
